DI Tank Program

Innovative Equipment Technology, Inc. (IET) would like to introduce you to our DI Tank Program.

IET offers excellent service to our DI Tank Program customers. The prices you pay provide you with all your needs, including delivery and installation of fresh tanks, removal of spent tanks, media regeneration and replacement, tank maintenance, tank repairs, and any technical assistance you may need. Because IET owns the tanks, you do not have to worry about a thing. Simply let IET take care of you and your needs.

Pricing

The Cost for each DI Tank and the Monthly Fee, are as follows:


  • Medium Carbon Tank: $345.00 per installation service
  • Medium Mixed Bed Tank: $345.00 per installation service
  • Monthly Service Fee: $55.00 per tank, per month

    • The Installation Service price includes the following: delivery and installation of the tanks; removal of any spent tanks; material, labor and fuel charges to regenerate the tanks; and technical assistance to you, when needed

    The monthly usage fee covers the following: usage of the tank and media on a monthly basis; labor to maintain the tank (fittings, manifolds, leaks, etc.); the cost to replace the mixed bed media every six exchanges and the cost to replace the carbon media after each use

    Routine Exchanges


    It is very important that all DI Tanks be exchanged on a regular basis. By not exchanging the DI Tanks regularly, there is a risk of damage to or contamination of the DI Tank and Media, and your equipment.

    Carbon DI Tanks should be exchanged every 3-6 months, or every third Mixed Bed Tank exchange, whichever is sooner. Using a Carbon DI Tank longer than recommended can damage the tank or cause damage to or contamination of the next DI Tank in the system.

    Mixed Bed DI Tanks should be exchanged every 6-8 weeks for high volume users and every 2-3 months for low volume users. Using any Mixed Bed DI Tank longer than recommended can damage either the tank or the Mixed Bed Media to a point where it can no longer be regenerated or where it can contaminate a regeneration batch, a very costly situation with possible fines.

    Although IET does not require a purchased order (PO) be issued to us, it is imperative that you submit a PO to IET if your Accounts Payable Department requires all packing slips and invoices reference a valid PO. Please submit all orders to DITanks@ietechnology.net. Also, please allow at least 48 hours for a DI Tank exchange to be scheduled.

    If we do not carry the product you need, we are able to bring in any AIM product, with a minimum order quantity per product.
